The Lifos Management System
What's this project?
Similar to the Lifos App I had to design a management system for all the customers using the Lifos app. Lifos generate and distribute solar power batteries across the country and needed a management system that would monitor all the batteries and generate detailed reports on the batteries so that members of Lifos could be alerted when a battery is at fault or needs replacing.
They requested the system be modern and easy to use and understand, this was a challenge as there was a lot of important data they needed to be on show a lot of the time. However, I focused on what needed to be in view and prioritiesed usability and the customer was ultimately happy with the result. I used their brand colours of dark blue and bright green to create a colour scheme that was easy on the eye and using the lighter colours to create highlights for important areas.
The main pages I was asked to design for this system where the login pages, dashboard, list of batteries, reports page and a battery details page. Each page had its’s own set of needs and requirements that I put into the design but kept the unified look and feel to make the system flow. This was a lot of fun to design and I feel it came out looking well.
