What's this project?
I designed a poster to advertise a new brand of shoes, to promote them and raise awareness to boost sales.
Lunar Lift
These are advertised as ‘Lunar Lift’ and so I focused on a moon aesthetic and bouncing off into space to promote the message that was being advertised. I placed the USP’s on the side of the poster with the brand reinforced on the top and bottom.
The colours used were space themed with light blues to match the colour of the shows and coincide with the theme of space and sky. The design is supposed to give a feeling of lightless and in flight.
Core Kick
This was for a brightly coloured pair of shoes advertised as ‘Core Kick’ so I displayed the shoe at the core of the poster with the USP’s stretching outwards from the center. I chose to have the shoes featuring the only colour in the poster and so designed a black and white design around the shoe. This helps the product stand out and catch the viewers attention.
